How to order?

 

When wishing to place an order,  go to the CONTACT US TAB and please fill out the GET IN TOUCH form with Name, email and items you are inquiring about. We will then reply, and send a price quote. Once accepted and monies received, we then can proceed with placing the order and   setting the booking date.

 

How much time in advance may I place a order?

Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for preparation when ordering standard size boxes. If  placing a party box order, please allow minimum  1 week. For  Large  Special Occasion orders ie: Weddings, Showers, Birthdays or Corporate Functions , please allow for a minimum of 2 weeks notice to ensure availability and product sourcing. 

Do you deliver?

Yes, we do deliver on a specific day,  there is a charge for delivery outside of the Midland/ Penetanguishene area.  The delivery schedule is posted at the top of the Menu page. Please inquire about cost.

May I pick up?

Yes,  you  may pickup as we have only day for Delivery. A time will be set for pickup, cell number will be exchanged so you may text when on route. If you are to be late, please advise as soon as possible. The delivery /pickup schedule is listed at the top of the Menu page.

Can I customize my order?

Absolutely. When ordering if you wish, we can discuss which box has most of your preferences and what you might wish to change or substitute an item for. My goal is to always ensure you are happy with your box, so if it is missing something, I will do my best to find and include it.

Can you accommodate allergies?

Yes, please advise of any allergies so I can ensure there is no cross contamination. 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes,  we allow cancellations within a certain time frame. If you cancel your order 24 +hours prior to delivery , your deposit will be refunded via e transfer. If you cancel your order  with less then 24 hours to delivery, no refund shall be issued.

 

Do you require a deposit?

 

Yes, we require  a minimum 50% deposit to place the order and ensure available timeslot and items. You may also pay the entire amount when placing your order if preferred. If an orders is requested less then 48 hours prior to date needed, and we have time available to prepare, the full amount will be due  to place the order.   Deposits to be paid via E- transfer or Credit Card. The remaining amount is due upon delivery of your order with via E- transfer , Credit card or cash.  A price quote will be sent when submitting an inquiry about our services, and an invoice once order is placed and paid.

Do you take Credit Cards?

 

Yes, we now are set up to take Credit Cards. We use Square to process the payments.
